This week the Eco-team has been discussing our campaign ‘Switching On to Switching Off’. Our goal is to make sure the school saves energy by remembering to turn off the lights when we are not using that particular room.
In our meeting, this Thursday, the team designed Switch Stickers to go next to the light switches around school.
We have also sent out a letter and piece of paper to every member of our school to inform them about this. Everyone should try to create a ‘Switch Sticker’ design and hand it in to class teachers by 10th March 2010. The Eco-team will choose the best few to display around the school.
